• Install, configure, service, maintain, and repair A3/A4 photocopiers, multifunction printers (MFPs), and production printers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on Konica Minolta, Fujifilm, and Ricoh copier and production printing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, firmware, and print quality issues.
• Repair and replace machine components, including:
• Drum Units
• Fuser Units
• Developer Units
• Transfer Belts
• Imaging Units
• Feed Rollers & Separation Rollers
• Registration Units
• Paper Feed Systems
• Sensors, Motors, and Solenoids
• Calibrate and adjust machines to ensure optimum print quality, color consistency, and performance.
• Configure and troubleshoot network printing, scanning, SMB, email scanning, and printer connectivity.
• Install and support printer drivers, print queues, and basic software applications.
• Service and maintain finishing equipment, including booklet makers, staplers, punch units, folding units, and Spot UV machines.
• Perform on-site customer service, preventive maintenance, emergency breakdown repairs, and equipment inspections.
• Conduct machine inspections and recommend replacement parts or upgrades where necessary.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and spare parts usage documentation.
• Provide technical support, operator training, and basic user guidance to customers.
• Ensure all service work complies with company procedures, manufacturer specifications, and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with the Service Team to achieve service response time (SLA) and customer satisfaction targets.
• Assist in machine installation, relocation, commissioning, and decommissioning when required.
• Maintain service tools, testing equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition.

Preferred Experience

• Experience servicing Konica Minolta, Fujifilm, or Ricoh photocopiers and production printers.
• Knowledge of copier mechanics, electronics, networking, and print controller configuration.
• Ability to read service manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel for on-site customer support.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
