Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Procurement - Inventory Assistant di Stream Environment Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming goods against Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure the correct quantity and quality.

• Process Delivery Orders (DOs), Goods Transfers and Transportation Order (TOF).

• Assist with procurement activities and coordinate with supplier, transporter and internal departments.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monthly stock reports.

• Coordinate deliveries and documentation with internal departments in accordance with company procedures.

• Update inventory transactions and maintain accurate records in the system on time.

• Conduct quarterly stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of inventory and procurement records.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or warehouse operations.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
