Job Summary

The Customer Service / Call Centre Executive will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and providing timely and professional assistance through phone, email and other communication channels. The role involves resolving customer issues, providing accurate information and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with enquiries, requests, feedback and complaints.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary.
• Follow up on outstanding customer cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Maintain service quality and meet required service standards, including response time and call handling targets.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer-related matters.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
