Job Description

Legal Secretary

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work very closely with our lawyers in various practice areas. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Providing full secretarial support to our lawyers,
• Preparing correspondences and legal papers,
• Assisting in specialised tasks unique to the legal profession.

Responsibilities:

• Higher Nitec, GCE 'O', 'A' levels or Diploma
• At least 2 years of legal secretarial experience. We are open to consider candidates without legal secretarial experiences
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software applications
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Possess initiative and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
