Job description:

1. Take ownership of revenue, traffic and conversion across platforms (Mobile and Website)

2. Design and run high-visibility campaigns and promotions.

3. Track performance with dashboard and competitor insights.

4. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.

5. Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.

6. Ads and traffic management.

7. Familiarity with livestream and affiliate ecosystem.

8. Basic understanding of product positioning and consumer behaviour.

Requirements:

• 5 years in E-Commerce/Marketplace operations (e.g: Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok) or Brand.
• Proven ability to grow sales and deliver successful campaigns.
• Experience managing large-scale online operations or categories
• Dare-driven with strong Excel or BI capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
