About the Company

ALIF RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is a Singapore-based construction contractor providing specialised architectural and finishing works for residential and commercial developments.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Aluminium WINDDOW Specialist / Installer to strengthen our project team.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, fabrication, alignment, finishing and rectification of aluminium window systems . The position requires strong hands-on technical ability, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in accordance with project specifications and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Install aluminium window panels and related systems

• Carry out installation of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) and other architectural cladding materials

• Perform accurate site measurement, marking, cutting, drilling and fitting

• Install aluminium frames, brackets, supports and associated components

• Ensure correct panel alignment, levels, joints, dimensions and finishing

• Carry out silicone/sealant application and weatherproof finishing

• Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings and installation details

• Conduct adjustment, repair, replacement and defect rectification works

• Coordinate effectively with supervisors, project teams and other trades

• Ensure completed works meet required quality standards and project specifications

• Properly maintain tools, machinery and installation equipment

• Strictly comply with company procedures and Singapore Workplace Safety & Health requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably 3 years or more of relevant hands-on experience in aluminium window or architectural aluminium works

• Strong practical knowledge of aluminium window installation.

• Experience with ACP panels, aluminium framing, brackets, sealants and finishing works

• Able to understand technical drawings and take accurate site measurements

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Strong attention to workmanship, alignment and finishing quality

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a construction-site environment

• Willing to work at different project locations across Singapore

• Willing to work overtime when required by project schedules

• Candidates with Singapore construction experience will be an advantage
