Kerja INTERNSHIP - WEIGHBRIDGE CLERK SUPPORT (5-6 MONTHS), Gaji tinggi MYR 300 di Hermanos Restaurant Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description:

- To ensure the smooth operation of the Weighbridge facility.
- Accurately record of incoming/outgoing weights by vehicle on weighbridge system, complete appropriate documentation and collect driver signatures etc.
- To configure the equipment, loading & operating the machines exercise to the optimum machine capability.
- Responsible for ensuring that all legal obligations and regulations are met.
- Direct traffic coming onto site and operate weighbridge. Prepare and issue weigh scale tickets/RFID card accurately and efficiently and assign dedicated bay numbers.
- Check incoming loads.
- Immediately report any contamination or non-conforming products delivered to site to the superior.
- Report any errors / issues to the weighbridge system to the superior immediately.
- Ensure that the report is accurate and charges are made correctly.
- Ensure weighbridge customers are aware of site rules and distribute information and guidance accordingly.
- Compile compliance reports for materials in and out of the site.
- Ensure that the site materials record is kept up to date.
- Conduct routine cleaning/maintenance on the weigh scales and perform timely quality checks.
- To measure, test, check for mistakes and organize the inventory.
- To adhere to company management system in daily operations.
- Any other related tasks as assign by the management

Job Requirement:
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Spoken and Written).
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and handle numerous assignments.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Office Location: 42500, Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) , Saturday (9am - 1pm)

Pay: RM300.00 per month
