Responsibilities

  • Requirements Analysis
    • Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Workshops
    • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to clarify business needs and align stakeholders on priorities.
  • Process Optimization
    • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved business efficiency.
  • Agile Product Delivery
    • Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to manage backlogs, support prioritization, and deliver Agile initiatives.
  • Cloud & API Analysis
    • Gather requirements for cloud-native applications, microservices, REST APIs, integrations, data flows, and technical dependencies.
  • Solution Validation
    • Support solution design and validate proposed cloud solutions against business requirements, processes, and expected outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Bridge business and technical teams, clarify requirements, manage changes, and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
    • Define acceptance criteria, coordinate UAT activities, validate delivered functionality, and support defect resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, products, and customer experiences using metrics, feedback, and Agile retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Relevant Education
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Cloud Platform Experience
    • Practical experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms and understanding of cloud-based solution environments.
  • Platform & DevSecOps Knowledge
    • Experience working within Platform Engineering or DevSecOps environments and understanding modern delivery practices.
  • Agile & Requirements Management
    • Experience with Scrum or Kanban, requirements management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
  • Cloud-Native Solutions
    • Experience with cloud-native applications, microservices, REST APIs, system integrations, and related technical architectures.
  • Analytical & Stakeholder Skills
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
  • International Collaboration
    • Experience working effectively with cross-functional and international teams across different business and technical domains.
  • Jira & Confluence
    • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements management, documentation, collaboration, and Agile delivery activities.
  • Business-Technical Translation
    • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and bridge communication between stakeholders and IT teams.
