Kerja Sepenuh Masa QUANTITY SURVEYOR (DEMOLITION - EARTHWORKS), Gaji tinggi SGD 4,000 di JDA WMS PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to handle cost estimation and tender documentation for demolition and earthworks projects, covering site investigations, contract administration, and budget monitoring to ensure financial compliance and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and tender documentation for demolition, earthworks, and reinstatement projects of varying scale

• Conduct site investigations and measurements to produce accurate cost assessments and valuations

• Calculate material quantities, plant utilisation, disposal costs, and labour costs based on specifications and drawings

• Administer contract documentation, including terms, conditions, and variations

• Monitor project budgets and prepare financial reports for management and clients

• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers on cost-related matters

• Prepare progress claims, interim valuations, final accounts, and negotiate Variation Orders

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain accurate cost records for audit purposes

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years' Quantity Surveying experience on the contractor side in Singapore, ideally in demolition or earthworks

• Working knowledge of PSSCOC, Security of Payment Act (SOPA), and BCA regulatory processes

• Proficient in estimating and take-off software (Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift) and advanced Excel

• Familiar with building regulations, WSH requirements, and NEA disposal requirements

• RICS or equivalent professional membership is an advantage but not required

• Meticulous and numerically strong, with the ability to manage multiple tenders and stakeholders under tight deadlines
