Clinic Front Desk Receptionist
Base Salary:
$2,300 - $2,800 (Based on Experience)
Comprehensive Salary:
$2,500 - $3,000 (After OT)
Location:
Orchard
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
1-hour break
Monthly Rest Days: 8
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients at the front desk
Answer phone calls and handle patient enquiries
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Send and receive emails and correspondence
Prepare forms, reports, and data records
Organize and maintain patient case files
Support daily clerical and administrative operations
Requirements:
At least 3 years of clerical, administrative, reception, or customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and general computer usage
Able to communicate effectively in English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
Experience in a dental clinic, medical clinic, or healthcare environment is an advantage
Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
Additional Information:
Overtime applicable for working hours exceeding 44 hours per week
