Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
Position Title: HR & Admin Executive
Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided in Woodlands & Choa Chu Kang MRT)
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30pm-5.30pm; Sat, 8.30am - 1.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and HR documentation.
Maintain employee records, leave records, and HR files.
Coordinate staff training, certifications, and examinations.
Support probation and appraisal documentation.
Prepare HR reports and staff communications.
Arrange travel bookings, events, meetings, and office activities.
Handle filing, scanning, and general office administration.
Source vendor quotations and follow up on purchases and maintenance.
Assist with ISO, BizSAFE, audit, and compliance documentation.
Maintain training, certification, and insurance records.
Coordinate office facility servicing and emergency supplies.
Provide administrative support to departments.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in HR and administrative support roles
