Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Training Specialist (Product - Technical) di Public Mutual Berhad - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct training programs to improve the agency force’s knowledge, skills, and competencies in unit trusts and private retirement schemes.
• Develop, design and deliver classroom, online and e-learning programmes to support agency development and business objectives.
• Review and update training content to ensure alignment with company policies, regulatory requirements and industry developments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate training logistics and ensure smooth execution of training programmes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning solutions.
• Manage, coach and mentor subordinates to ensure effective execution of training programmes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Investment, Finance, Wealth Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in the financial services industry, including training or learning & development.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Willing to travel nationwide and work outside normal office hours when required.
• Possess own transportation.
