The club offers convenient, time-efficient #getfit330 routines and classes for individuals who are busy but still want to stay active. The environment is energetic and member-focused, aiming to deliver a lifestyle experience rather than just a traditional gym visit.

Role Description As a full-time Sales Consultant at CHXpress Fitness, located on-site in Petaling Jaya, and Kuala Lumpur, you will engage prospective members, introduce club services, and guide them through membership options. You will conduct tours of the facility, explain fitness programs and answer questions to help individuals choose the best membership plans for their needs. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of inquiries and sales, and supporting promotional campaigns and events. You will collaborate with the front desk and fitness teams to ensure smooth member onboarding, high customer satisfaction, and a welcoming club atmosphere. This role requires consistent in-person interaction with members and visitors throughout the day.

• Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand member needs and recommend appropriate membership and program options.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and support an excellent member experience.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and confident presentation abilities.
• Interest in fitness, wellness, or health-related services, with the ability to explain fitness programs in simple, engaging terms.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Basic proficiency with computers and CRM or membership management systems for tracking leads and sales activities.
• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or fitness clubs is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
