Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: Sales Engineer (HVAC / ACMV)
• Working Location: Johor Bahru (Desa Cemerlang)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 830am – 530pm; Sat, 9am – 1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to RM6,000 + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and give presentations on company products and services.
• Handle sales and marketing of company offerings.
• Identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs to provide solutions.
• Ensure timely payment collection based on credit terms.
• Stay updated on customer contacts and their needs.
• Regularly follow up with customers about product performance, delivery times, and related details.
• Learn product technical details to be more proactive.
• Use social media platforms to find sales prospects and generate leads.
• Provide product options and quotes to clients.
• Meet sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain current customers and find new ones for business growth.
• Generate leads and close sales through networking events.
• Provide technical support and address customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in tender bids and contracts for government and private projects.
• Set up meetings with potential clients.
• Offer sales and after-sales support, coordinating with internal teams and clients.
• Build strong professional relationships with customers.
• Grow business in both local and international markets across Malaysia.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• 5 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC industries or knowledge of commercial water-cooled chillers, condensers, cooling towers, or air-conditioning systems.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Proficient in 2D or 3D AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Skilled in interpersonal and technical presentation.
