1. Inspect machinery, and equipment to diagnose faults.

2. Perform routine servicing in accordance with OEM standards.

3. Repair and replace worn or damaged components.

4. Conduct preventive maintenance schedules on time.

5. Support DOSH inspections for lifting equipment and machinery.

6. Test repaired equipment to confirm functionality.

7. Maintain detailed service and repair logs.

8. Identify and order required spare parts.

9. Ensure workshop tools and lifting gear are maintained properly.

10. Perform troubleshooting for breakdowns on-site or in the workshop.

11. Follow safety procedures when operating tools and machinery.

12. Assist in calibrating equipment when required.

13. Support in preparing maintenance reports for management.

14. Maintain workshop cleanliness and comply with HSE guidelines.

15. Provide feedback to supervisors on recurring equipment issues.

16. To attend or pass all the training or courses as required by the management.

17. To perform any other task as professionally instructed by the manager.

18. Shall be able to be contacted or communicated by the manager at any time (day or night).
