We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, monitor transactions, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good knowledge of accounting principles, and high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
• Record and process daily financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and company expenses.
• Prepare documents for audits and tax submissions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of financial information.
• Work with management and other departments on financial matters.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous accounting experience is needed.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Certification: ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA, or other relevant accounting certification is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
