Role Overview
As our Planning Manager, you won't just track inventory - you'll shape the strategy that keeps our product moving and our customers satisfied. You will take charge of material planning, purchasing, and production forecasting, acting as the key link between sales targets and operational output. Key Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling & Master Planning: Own and update the monthly Master Planning Schedule (MPS) in SAP, ensuring timely forecast uploads, accurate planned order creation, and aligned pull lists based on Marketing and Export forecasts.
- Order Fulfillment & Supply Continuity: Guarantee timely and sufficient supply of finished goods for both local and export markets to maximize order fulfillment rates and achieve target Customer Service Levels (ISO standards).
- Inventory & Stock Optimization: Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance supply security with working capital targets, actively working with Sales & Marketing to minimize slow-moving inventory and prevent order cancellations.
- Cross-Functional Operations: Drive end-to-end alignment across Production, Marketing, NPD, and Sales to handle new product introductions, line deletions, and schedule updates seamlessly.
- Process Optimization & Compliance: Continuously monitor production schedules, track unfulfilled stock metrics, prepare executive performance reports, and ensure all operational processes adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
- Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, coach, and support direct and indirect team members to ensure smooth operational workflow and high output quality.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5–8 years of proven experience in Planning and Supply Chain planning operations.
- Proactive problem solver with an ability to anticipate supply chain bottlenecks, analyze operational pitfalls, and implement effective process improvements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across production, marketing, and commercial teams.
- High achievement orientation, well-organized, highly resourceful, and committed to meeting both inventory efficiency and customer satisfaction goals.
