Duration of Contract: 6 months
Job Responsibilities:
Verify OC payment collection records against relevant financial and supporting data sources to ensure accuracy.
Review payment records and identify discrepancies for follow-up and resolution.
Identify records requiring amendments or corrections and flag them for review.
Maintain clear and organised documentation of payment discrepancies and reconciliation findings.
Assist with updating and correcting financial records based on approved instructions.
Support routine finance and data reconciliation activities as required.
Job Requirements:
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organised.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data filtering.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Prior experience in data verification, reconciliation, finance operations, or a related role is preferred.
