is seeking a
Sales Support Admin/ Sales Coordinator
to join their dynamic team:

Permanent
Position:
Sales Coordinator
Location:
Lentor (Transport provided from designated pickup locations)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.45pm
Salary Package:
Up to $3,700 + AWS
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other sales-related documentation.
Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales data.
Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, pricing updates, and customer requests.
Monitor inventory availability and communicate stock-related updates to internal teams and customers.
Assist in sales reporting and performance analysis.
Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate timely resolutions.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve order, delivery, returns, and operational issues.
Follow up on customer claims, rebates, and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate filing and documentation of sales records.
Provide general administrative support to the Sales team and perform other duties as assigned.
JobRequirements:
At least Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a similar support role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Prior experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
Able to commence work within short notice is an advantage.
