About The Job

The Singapore University of Social Sciences seeks candidates for a renewable contract appointment as a Research Administrator.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the project research team.
• Manage project procurement, logistics, vendor liaison, and processing of financial claims/invoices.
• Liaise with collaborators; coordinate and schedule project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder evaluation sessions.
• Assist in preparing project progress reports, grant documentation, administrative compliance filings, and IRB correspondence.
• Maintain organized records of project deliverables, meeting minutes, and data management repositories.
  
  

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Preferably 2 or more years of relevant administrative experience, ideally within a higher education or research environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and institutional administrative tools.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
