Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reconciliation

• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of operations in Record to Report (RTR)
• Prepare and post journal entries and manage the month-end close process
• Perform daily reconciliation between payment gateways and bank statements
• Consolidate settlement reports and prepare journal working
• Reconcile and analyze various balance sheet accounts to ensure robustness
• Investigate and clear balance sheet differences on a timely basis

Stakeholder Management & Compliance

• Provide audit support relating to general ledger activities
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure all entries are booked accurately and on time
• Ensure internal controls are compliant to avoid future errors
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders
• Respond to queries and concerns from stakeholders and local country finance in a professional and timely manner

Process Improvement

• Participate in continuous process improvement and identify standardization opportunities
• Participate in UAT testing and update findings to management
• Collaborate with internal teams for tracking and solving raised issues

Preferred Skillset

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation
• Experience in general ledger activities and month-end close processes/RTR operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with continuous process improvement and UAT testing

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
