Job Description
We are seeking two post-doctoral candidates for research in the area of food and maritime supply chain resilience analysis. The responsibilities are as follows:
- Develop resilience models for complex food and maritime supply chain systems considering disruptions and climate changes
- Develop statistical inference techniques to analyze sea shipment network flow data and disruption data
- Draft and submission of technical progress reports at regular intervals
- Present of research progress and latest findings at regular intervals
- Publish of quality research journal articles and conference proceedings to disseminate research findings internationally
- (1) Applicants should have a PhD degree in industrial engineering or other relevant areas.
- (2) A strong publication record in the area of resilience engineering.
- (3) Good at programming using Python, R, Matlab or Mathematica. .
- (4) Good English writing skills for the purpose of preparing research reports and research presentations
