• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop 
• Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout and colour 
• Able to turn complex information into clear and attractive visuals 
• Able to understand the objective behind a marketing brief 
• Strong attention to detail and artwork accuracy 
• Able to work independently without requiring step-by-step design instructions 
• Comfortable discussing, suggesting and challenging creative ideas 
• Able to prepare artwork correctly for digital and print production 
• Good sense of branding and visual consistency 
• Able to manage deadlines and multiple design requirements 

Experience in packaging, event artwork, printing or campaign development will be an advantage.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can understand a marketing brief, identify what customers should notice first, organise information clearly, and turn ideas into strong visual communication.

You will work closely with our Marketing and Creative/Brand team across social media, campaigns, events, print materials and packaging.

We are not looking for someone who simply places content into a design.

We want someone who thinks before designing, has a strong visual sense, and is confident enough to suggest a better solution when an idea can be improved.
