Content Creator Intern

The Content Creator Intern will support the Marketing Team in producing daily engaging video content for Rakyat Fintech and its brands, primarily for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, shoot and edit at least 1 short-form video per working day.
• Brainstorm creative and engaging video ideas together with the Marketing Team.
• Research current TikTok, Instagram and social media trends daily and adapt relevant trends for the brand.
• Develop simple scripts, hooks, storylines and calls-to-action (CTA) for videos.
• Produce a variety of content including educational videos, FAQs, trending content, lifestyle content, office content, behind-the-scenes and promotional videos.
• Film employees, sales consultants and other team members for social media content.
• Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required.
• Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or other relevant editing software.
• Add subtitles, graphics, music, sound effects, transitions and other creative elements.
• Create multiple content variations from existing footage to maximise content output.
• Assist with content creation during company events, roadshows, campaigns and other activities.
• Maintain and organise raw footage, completed videos and the company’s content library.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to review content performance and continuously improve video concepts, hooks and editing styles.
• Ensure all content is accurate, professional and aligned with the company’s branding and content guidelines.
• Complete other content creation-related tasks assigned by the Marketing Team.

Content Target: Minimum 5 completed and usable videos per week / approximately 20–25 videos per month.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
