Looking for a pharmacy role beyond the retail counter? Join our healthcare logistics team in Clementi and gain hands-on experience supporting medication fulfilment, inventory management and healthcare deliveries!

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, office hours + 0.5 day
Location: Clementi (Shuttle bus available from Jurong East MRT!)

Job Scope:

• Process and pack medication orders & prescriptions

• Perform stock receiving, checking and repacking

• Conduct quality checks on medication orders

• Manage inventory, replenishment, cycle counts & stock-takes

• Coordinate medication deliveries to healthcare institutions/patients

• Support billing, documentation & reconciliation

• Assist with IT/automation and quality improvement projects

• Support team operations, training and other ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science / Pharmacy Science or an equivalent relevant qualification

• Comfortable handling inventory, medication / pharmaceutical products and related documentation

• Training on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be provided!
