What You'll Do

• Direct daily operational activities, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and output across all teams.

• Design and deploy scalable operational frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Track operational KPIs and performance metrics to deliver actionable data insights to senior management.

• Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and cost-control initiatives.

• Mentor team members, build capability, and create career progression pathways within the department.

• Manage vendor relationships, procurement workflows, and key client operational touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing operations in a fast-paced or growth environment.

• Strong analytical capability—able to leverage data to inform operational decisions and improvements.

• High adaptability and comfort with navigating ambiguity and managing change.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to align cross-functional teams around shared goals.

• Prior experience with digital transformation or process automation tools is a strong plus.
