Job Duties:

• Responsible for supporting the production of standard pitchbooks and other sales materials used across the business.
• Aggregating and transforming data using tailored excel-based templates, applying product knowledge to ensure information is accurately represented in presentations and materials.
• Involves responding to requests for information and completing due diligence questionnaires that accurately articulate the firm’s investment capabilities and operating structure in support of our business development activities.
• Ensure the materials are accurate, current, and aligned with the firm's brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Collating, drafting and updating both investment and non-investment related content to ensure responses remain accurate, consistent and reflective of the firm’s business activities
• Partner closely with colleagues across sales, investments, risk management, operations, compliance and other key business functions to maintain and enhance a centralised repository of high-quality pre-sales content
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of financial/investment experience
