Responsibilities: -

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and administration for a workforce of fewer than 50 employees.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and pre-employment documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation, system access, orientation, exit interviews and clearance procedures.
• Administer monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and HR databases
• Coordinate Learning & Development activities.
• Support employee engagement and staff welfare initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, statistics and statutory submissions for management and relevant authorities e.g. MOM, AIC.

Requirements: -

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with hands-on experience in HR operations and administration.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR-related systems or software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Part-time employment option is available for candidates with relevant and substantial HR experience.
