We are seeking a motivated and personable
Sales & Outreach Representative
to join our team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, introducing our products and services, understanding their needs, and creating new business opportunities.
This is a
customer-facing, field-based role
suited to someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and working toward clear sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company professionally when engaging with potential customers
Conduct proactive customer outreach within assigned areas
Introduce and explain our products or services in a clear and engaging manner
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospective customers
Generate new leads and contribute to customer acquisition efforts
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an organized sales pipeline
Work toward individual and team sales targets
Record customer interactions, feedback, and sales activity accurately
Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and market developments
Collaborate with the wider sales team to share insights and improve outreach strategies
