Job Overview

We are looking for a Drafter – Reinforced Concrete (RC) to support engineering and construction projects in Singapore.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Reinforced Concrete (RC) drafting, be proficient in AutoCAD, and be able to interpret structural and engineering drawings accurately. RC drafting experience is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Reinforced Concrete (RC) drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, specifications, and mark-ups and convert them into accurate CAD drawings.
• Develop detailed RC structural drawings for construction and coordination purposes.
• Revise drawings based on design changes, engineer comments, and project requirements.
• Coordinate structural drawings with architectural, MEP, and other relevant drawings where required.
• Check dimensions, levels, annotations, references, and RC detailing for accuracy.
• Maintain proper drawing revisions, file naming, and document control.
• Work closely with engineers, BIM/modeling teams, and project personnel to resolve drafting and coordination issues.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings and revised drawings when required.
• Ensure drawings are completed accurately and within project deadlines.
• Maintain consistent drafting quality and follow project standards.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Hands-on Reinforced Concrete (RC) drafting experience.
• Diploma, Certificate, or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
• Good understanding of reinforced concrete construction drawings and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant drafting software.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of RC layouts, sections, details, dimensions, levels, and annotations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Singapore project experience will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Singapore and meet project deadlines.
