Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operational flow from disassembly through pre-kitting.
- Monitor WIP, production priorities, manpower and daily performance.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve throughput and turnaround time.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor productivity, quality, delivery, lead time and labour utilisation.
- Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead, coach and develop supervisors, team leaders and production personnel.
- Maintain strong shop-floor discipline, safety and operational standards.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related field.
- 5+ years of people-management experience preferred.
- Manufacturing or MRO experience required.
- Aerospace experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.
