BASED IN KUCHING
Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveyor, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in building, civil, infrastructure, or engineering construction projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and regularly update the project schedules based on project scope, drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and construction methodology.
• Establish & monitor activity sequences, durations, dependencies, milestones, and critical path.
• Incorporate procurement, material delivery, manpower, subcontractor, and construction activities into the project schedule.
• Ensure the project schedule is aligned with the approved contract completion date.
• Analyse causes of delays and their effect on the overall programmes. Assist the Project Manager in developing recovery actions and update the schedule accordingly.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, progress chats, and other planning-related reports.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
