About the Role

Client is seeking a Client Solutions Manager CW for a contingent worker assignment based in Singapore. This role is designed to support client's business objectives by providing expert client solutions and account management. The position is temporary and not a full-time employment opportunity with Client.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and support.

Develop and execute client strategies to maximize business outcomes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Analyze client needs and provide tailored recommendations.

Monitor and report on campaign performance and client satisfaction.

Maintain compliance with client's policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in client solutions, account management, or a related field.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and technologies.

Based in Singapore, with eligibility to work in Singapore

• At least 5- 7 years of experience in performance marketing or direct response experience
• Business / Native-level proficiency in Vietnamese and English as you will be required to speak with external clients in the local language.
• Travel required to Vietnam every two months
• Contract Duration- 6 months from start date
