• Handle cash, credit/debit card, QR payment, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Process customer orders and issue receipts.
• Operate the POS system efficiently.
• Ensure the cash counter is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Check and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide friendly service.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Assist with packing and serving customer orders when required.
• Report any cash discrepancies to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and security procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or F&B experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment methods.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Able to handle cash accurately and efficiently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shift, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.
• Able to work as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
