About the role

An Admin & Sales Support Assistant role supporting the Property & Facilities Management Convention (PFMC) team for a 9–12 month contract period. The role combines administrative duties with sales support activities, including database management, customer outreach, and event-related support.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls to potential companies and customers

• Send introduction and follow-up emails

• Follow up with potential customers by phone and email

• Search online for potential companies and new contacts

• Find company contact persons, phone numbers and email addresses

• Build and update company/customer databases

• Key in customer and company information accurately

• Check and update existing database records

• Check for duplicate company/contact records

• Organise documents and maintain proper filing

About you

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and email

• Comfortable making cold calls to companies

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Good communication and telephone skills

• Able to search for information online

• Careful and accurate with data entry

• Responsible, organised and willing to learn

• Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks
