About Us
We are a well-established construction firm handling residential, commercial, and structural upgrading projects across Singapore. We are seeking a highly competent and reliable Building Contractor Manager to join our operations. In this role, you will lead construction sites, manage day-to-day operations, ensure safety standards are met, and keep projects moving on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship and strict structural execution.
• Coordinate, schedule, and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and manual labor crews efficiently.
• Interpret architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications to guide building teams accurately.
• Manage project timelines, materials procurement, and site logistics to prevent project delays.
• Enforce strict compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) workplace safety rules and BCA (Building and Construction Authority) building codes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineering consultants to report on project progress.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience running construction sites or building contractor projects in Singapore.
• Strong capability to accurately read and interpret blueprint schematics, structural drawings, and MEP plans.
• Excellent leadership, site coordination, and vendor management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of local safety rules, BCA ConQUAS standards, and construction workflows.
• Holding a valid BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety) or WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) certificate is highly preferred.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month
