Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
Position Title: Logistics & Operations Officer (Shipping)
Working Location: Tuas Crescent
Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-6:00PM; Saturday, 8:30AM-1:00PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Operations, Logistics & Shipping teams.
Prepare full sets of import/export documents (AWB, B/L, Invoice, Packing List, D/O, etc.).
Ensure timely delivery/receipt of all orders.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, forwarders, and transporters.
Plan/co-ordinate delivery schedules; monitor vessel/flight status.
Perform small packing and deliveries when needed.
Create PSA/Jurong Port documents & GST permits; arrange port access.
Resolve supply issues, verify invoices, and manage inventory.
Send PODs, follow up on signed D/Os, liaise on zero-rated GST.
Monitor vehicle condition; request packing material when needed.
Follow up on supply disputes.
Participate in ISO & risk management activities.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
