Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Food Production
Position Title: Factory Manager
Working Location: Senoko
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5 pm; Sat, 8 am – 12 pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the factory, including production processes, warehouse, and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
Responsible for coordination and control of production processes to maintain yield.
Develop and implement safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Manage the budget for the factory, including the cost of materials, labour, and overhead expenses.
Train, supervise and manage the factory staff to ensure that all employees are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
Address areas of non-compliance as and when appropriate in a professional manner.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing Central Kitchen operations.
Strong background in overseeing large-scale food production.
Familiar with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.
Familiar with factory automation and manufacturing technology.
