About the Role

The Product Manager (Sales), Scientific Instrumentation is a customer-facing member of DKSH's Technical Sales team, focused on developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and driving revenue growth through tailored analytical instrument and solutions expertise. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding DKSH's presence in the scientific solutions market in Singapore.

What You Will Deliver

• Develop and implement short- and long-term technical sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses in Singapore
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets and provide regular updates on budget status and pipeline progress
• Manage and monitor the progress of sales activities across assigned businesses and territories
• Identify and implement customized solutions based on changing market conditions and trends
• Proactively research and engage potential clients to close sales and grow the customer base
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, sales plans, and customer satisfaction to exceed sales targets
• Develop and build strong relationships with customers, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), to achieve business objectives
• Partner with the Marketing team to design and execute outreach initiatives and roadshows to generate leads
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• At least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution, preferably specializing in Chemistry, Material Science, or an equivalent discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of analytical instruments and solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• High self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
