Kerja Sepenuh Masa PROJECT ENGINEER, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di BEAKS GROUP Johor - Maukerja

Job scope:

· Preparation of Project Schedule (Tools used: Primavera, MS Project etc.,) covering entire scope and within defined timelines

· Calculating Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement (of various trades) & Machinery Requirement

· Prepare progress report every week

· Tracking and update progress work at site

· Prepare catch up plan to recover delay activities

· Monitoring and reviewing the baseline and updated project schedules and cost.

· Financial/Physical S curve and manpower histogram development.

· Ensuring project is on track and within budgets.

· Analyzing the schedule variance, risk, and opportunity. This includes finding Free Float, Total Float, Early Start, Late Start, Early Completion, Late Completion, Critical Path/Milestone, Activities Sequencing, Activities Duration, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Resource Histogram.

· Superimpose structure, M&E & architecture drawing to find any discrepancies

· To assist RFWI submission to RE/RA prior casting or installation

· To assist Project Manager to solve any issue on site cause delay

Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management

· Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera P6.

· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field. High rise building experience will be great advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
