Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organised
Admin & HR Assistant
to support the Manager in daily administrative and HR-related matters. The role is mainly focused on general administration, coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily office administration, documentation, filing and data entry.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and service providers for office and facilities matters.
Assist with company vehicles, insurance, office supplies and other corporate administration.
Support recruitment, onboarding and routine HR administration, including employee records, attendance and leave.
Provide reception coverage when required, including welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls and monitoring the company email.
Assist with company events and other duties assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
1–2 years of HR/admin experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Organised, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
Good communication skills and able to work independently.
