Blue Harbour Agency Pte Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive (Financial) to join our growing team in Singapore.

We are a trusted port agency providing professional and personalised maritime services across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. With 24/7 operational support and strong relationships with port authorities and service providers, we coordinate seamless vessel operations for shipowners, operators, and charterers.

Role Description

As an Accounts Executive, you will support our day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and maintaining proper financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and related accounting documents

• Perform bank and account reconciliations

• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on payments

• Process supplier invoices and coordinate payment matters

• Assist with financial reporting and management accounts

• Liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers on accounting matters

• Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of maritime or logistics operations, especially in port agency, shipping, or related fields, is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office and common business software tools; comfort with digital communication and reporting systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Detail-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
