Job Title: IT Support Intern

Reporting Line: IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with basic troubleshooting for staff (e.g., laptop issues, Wi-Fi, printing, software queries).
2. Help with setting up user accounts, installing applications, and preparing devices.
3. Support routine maintenance tasks such as updates, checks, and equipment housekeeping.
4. Provide first-level assistance and escalate issues to the RSMSF IT team when necessary.

Education and Qualifications

· Minimum Diploma preferably in IT

Knowledge and Skills

· Proficient in MS Office and Outlook

· Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

· Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

· Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
