Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Perai. The Project Engineer will coordinate and execute engineering projects from planning to completion, including defining project scope, preparing schedules, and monitoring progress. Responsibilities include designing and reviewing engineering solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves regular communication with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to address technical issues, manage risks, and support successful project delivery. The Project Engineer will also assist in cost estimation, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering skills relevant to industrial or manufacturing.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and clients.
• Candidates should ideally have experience with engineering design tools, technical drawing interpretation, and basic knowledge of quality and safety standards.
• Candidates should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing processes, projects, and familiarity with local regulations will have an advantage.
