Job Description
To attend to all guests' check-in and ensure all guest details are correctly input into the system.
To attend to all guests' check-outs, including collecting payments in compliance with cash handling and credit card processing.
To promptly, politely, and efficiently attend to all guests' requests and queries.
Work closely with other departments to ensure that special requests are met and follow up accordingly.
Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Front Office Manager.
Job Requirements
Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Team player, but also able to work independently.
Enjoys interacting with guests and working in a fast-paced environment.
Prior work experience in hotel operations will be an advantage.
Candidates with no experience are welcome.

Aside from major shopping centers such as Orchard Central, Centrepoint, 313@Somerset, Orchard Gateway and Plaza Singapura, the hotel is a short 5 minutes walk from the Istana, the Singapore President’s Official residence. In fact, more than half of its rooms face the lush greenery that is part of the Istana ground. The Emerald Hill Conservation enclave in another place of interest that is within 5 minutes walk. The Hotel incorporates the latest technologies to deliver excellent service in an environmentally sustainable manner. The whole hotel is wired to provide Wi-Fi access. The rooms are designed with large windows to allow natural light to filter through, but heat is kept out using heat reflective and double glazing glass. The hotel has 488 rooms comprising twin, double and triple bed configuration.
