Job Description

Responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The electrician will work with wiring, lighting, power outlets, electrical panels, switches, and other electrical equipment while ensuring safe and compliant installations.

Job Requirements

ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification.

Relevant experience in building electrical installation and maintenance.

Knowledge of electrical wiring, conduits, switches, sockets, lighting, and distribution boards.

Ability to read basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and PPE.

Ability to identify and troubleshoot electrical faults.

Experience with installation and maintenance of electrical equipment.

Good practical skills and attention to detail.

Physically fit and able to work at construction sites and at heights when required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid electrician license/certification where required by local regulations.
