Job Description

Our client, an established F&B and entertainment group, is seeking Service Crew to join its front-of-house operations team.

The role provides friendly, attentive and efficient customer service while supporting the daily operations of a restaurant and live-entertainment environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with seating and table arrangements.
• Present menus and explain food, beverage and promotional offerings.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Attend to guest requests, enquiries and feedback.
• Clear, clean and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain dining-area cleanliness and presentation.
• Support reservations and queue management when required.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, host and other service team members.
• Support restaurant events and live-entertainment activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

• Relevant F&B, hospitality or customer-service experience preferred.
• Strong service attitude and customer-engagement skills.
• Friendly, energetic and confident.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with different groups of customers.
• Able to handle orders and work effectively during busy service periods.
• Comfortable working in a restaurant and live-music / entertainment environment.
• Good teamwork and willingness to support outlet operations.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
