Our client, an established engineering company in Singapore, is seeking experienced
Project Managers (Electrical)
to manage the delivery of large-scale electrical engineering and infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of electrical construction and installation projects.
Define project scope, deliverables, schedules and key milestones.
Prepare and monitor project budgets, costs and expenditure.
Manage Variation Orders and control project financial performance.
Oversee daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors, vendors and project teams.
Monitor planned versus actual project progress.
Ensure electrical systems comply with approved specifications, statutory requirements and applicable standards.
Manage electrical systems including
LV/HV switchgear, power distribution, lighting and ELV systems
.
Lead testing, commissioning and final handover activities.
Manage as-built drawings and operation manuals.
Implement project safety requirements, risk assessments and contingency plans.
Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and relevant authorities.
Resolve technical, site and coordination issues throughout project execution.
Job Requirements
Degree in
Electrical Engineering
or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience
in electrical systems, including project management and engineering responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of
LV/HV systems, power distribution, lighting and ELV systems
.
Experience in electrical design, installation, testing and commissioning.
Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
Able to manage contractors, project budgets and schedules.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
Benefits
Annual bonus equivalent to approximately
1 month basic salary
Variable Bonus
S$80 monthly mobile allowance
S$550 monthly transport allowance
when using own vehicle, or company vehicle subject to company arrangement
14 days Annual Leave
, increasing by 1 day for each completed year, up to 21 days
Outpatient medical claims up to
S$500 per year
