Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive(with or without experience) to drive business growth, expand our client base, and build lasting professional relationships. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new market opportunities, crafting tailored business proposals, and executing strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Strategic Execution: Execute targeted strategic business plans to expand our customer base and increase market penetration.
• Proposal & Budget Management: Collaborate with internal teams to develop detailed project budgets and deliver persuasive business proposals.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Education & Experience: ITE/Diploma (or equivalent relevant sales experience).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to assess client needs and project feasibility.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and possesses a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation& Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,000 – $5,500 monthly (commensurate with experience)
• Commission Structure: High performance-based commission ranging from 5% to 20% on net profit
