Monday - Friday, 8AM - 515PM
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage equipment calibration activities according to schedule.
Plan and arrange calibration with external service providers when required.
Maintain accurate calibration records and equipment information in the system.
Monitor calibration due dates and follow up on any overdue or calibration issues.
Maintain and update the site calibration master list.
Process and verify vendor invoices for calibration services.
Support internal and external audits on calibration-related matters.
Ensure calibration processes comply with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDSAP, FDA QMSR, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure calibration activities are completed on time.
